About Thomas Banducci

Mr. Banducci has over 35 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil cases. He is widely known throughout Idaho and the Mountain West as one of the top attorneys in the area of complex commercial litigation. He has been named in Super Lawyers (Top 100 in the Mountain West), the Lawdragon 500 Leading Lawyers in America (only Idaho lawyer on the list), Best Lawyers in America, and Chambers. Mr. Banducci served as an Idaho State Bar Commissioner and was President of the Idaho State Bar in 2007.

Mr. Banducci's practice focused primarily on complex commercial disputes, derivative litigation, business torts, partnership and fiduciary duty disputes, as well as corporate governance issues. With 20 years of experience serving as national litigation counsel for a global leader in the design and manufacture of engineered wood products, Mr. Banducci has extensive experience in products liability (involving wrongful death and serious injury claims) and construction law. 

Mr. Banducci's trial work has attracted national attention—he procured jury verdicts in 2007 and 2011 that rank among the top 100 verdicts handed down by U.S. juries during those years. He also obtained a jury verdict in 2010 on a Fair Housing Act claim that is one of the largest recoveries in the history of the Act.

Mr. Banducci received his certification as a mediator from the University of Idaho (NW Institute for Dispute Resolution).
